Probabilistic sensitivity analysis (PSA) addresses parameter uncertainty by assigning probability distributions to each uncertain model parameter and running Monte Carlo simulations. Each simulation samples from all distributions simultaneously, generating a distribution of cost-effectiveness outcomes. PSA results are typically presented as a cost-effectiveness acceptability curve (CEAC) and cost-effectiveness plane.
